  Grabbed a cold caprese sandwich here, and it was underwhelming. I ended up throwing half of it away. Too bready, and not enough sauce and fillings.

  I purchased a $10 toasted tomato and mozzarella to eat in the plane.  The sandwich itself was quite tasty, the pesto used was flavorful and they weren't too cheap with the mozzarella.
  
  The customer service could definitely improve, though.  As others mentioned, staff there are so very rude.  If I ask how much an item is please scan it and let me know.  Don't sit there in disgust when I say I don't want it.  I suppose their ability to be employed doesn't matter how they treat their customers.

  I expected better since this Chicago O'Hare Airport cafe had a fancy sounding name and the items in display looked good, but the experience was just average. I had a chocolate croissant which tasted very run of the mill, kind of like a mass produced pastry. There was an odd gap in the pastry display where I assume there should have been additional items. There are many options for drinks, snacks, candy, and sandwiches as well, but I found it odd that none of the cold drinks and some of the candy/snack items did not have prices listed. Sure, it's an airport quick service place and somewhat higher prices are expected, but at least be transparent in your pricing rather than have customers only find out what they're paying when rung up.

  The rude and fat disgruntled woman working behind the counter said cold brew coffee was only available in a large size, not regular. If you are out of regular sized cups can't you just fill up a large cup part way? Bad attitude and bad coffee for a high price..that sums it up

  I chose this spot for coffee & a breakfast sandwich based solely on the shortness of their line. I was scheduled on an early morning flight and many of the other food lines were hella long.
  
  Two ladies worked the counter. One at the register - pouring coffee, while the other took and filled food orders. Things went well for the most part except for the needless griping and backtalk of the lady filling food orders. I take it, early mornings aren't her jam. She got into an unnecessary back and forth with a gent recovering from a cold. The guy clearly asked for something toasted but was given a cold product. When he mentioned the error he got a lot of attitude. To the point where, for those of us within earshot were thinking.. really?? (Cruise reviews and you will see others that have encountered similar situations.)
  
  As others have stated, pricing was reasonable. I was lucky to find a cheap bottle of water under $3 dollars. Add to that an egg, ham & cheese croissant and regular coffee and my total was less than $13 dollars. With a bit of time before my flight I was able to find a seat at an unused gate to down my purchases. At the Brioche stand they have one short round table with two seats. But with it being "cold" season and its only patron having a cold I decided against sitting there.
  Coffee was alright, a little better than hot water and the croissantwich was rubbery.
